When you submit a reservation we collect:

- Email address
- Selected ticket tier
- Preferred payment method (Bitcoin or USDT TRC-20)
- Transaction reference / hash (if provided)
How we use your information
- To process and confirm your reservation
- To send you event updates and important announcements
- To verify payment and manage guest list entry
- To comply with legal and security requirements for a private 21+ event
Sharing of data
We do not sell or rent your personal data. Information may be shared only with trusted service providers that help us operate the event (hosting, secure storage, and payment verification). All partners are required to keep your data confidential.
Data retention & your rights
We keep reservation data only for as long as necessary to run the event and meet legal obligations. After the event, data is deleted or anonymised within a reasonable period.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at privacy@neonwave.event.
Age restriction
Neon Wave is a private event strictly for guests aged 21 and over. By submitting a reservation you confirm that you meet this requirement.
